Popcorn, Please!!

I'm a IMDB freak. Yes. I will search over certain filmmakers or power players to find the next big flick in production. I have been hearing about this movie for the last 6 months in anticipation of its release. Good movies make me happy. I have some idiosyncrasies & life is short, sue me.
When I first got word of this film hitting the festivals I was quit curious of the response of general America. In the last 2 years, the steroids issues has emerged to mainstream news affecting major figures in entertainment while drawing some big press. You name them; Timbaland, Marion Jones, Michael Johnson, Barry Bonds, Jose Canseco, allegedly Roger Clemens and wife, & Mary J Blige(WTF??) and the names go on. For me, this issue is something I always knew about. Besides being a gym rat, growing up in the mecca of high school football, Great State of Texas, I always heard little whisper of this and that and who's on what. Not until my college years did I get my first real life glance of steroids. Like most high school athletes leaving for college, the expectations and pressures can't make even the most sane commit bad decisions.
I must state, I don't believe in the use of performance enhancing products. The key question examined is what is performance enhancing? Bigger Stronger Faster* asked us what do we really know about steroids and its dangers? Is Lasik eye surgery or that new product that is shelved at GNC store just as unfair. I mean, I take creatine all the time but my connotation is that it fits in the healthy side but I'm sure someone could argue the opposite side. Bigger Stronger Faster* examines the history but also explains how steriods became such a powerful word.

Side Note for the New York City locals:
