That is what Russian-born fashion mogul, Kira Plastinina has decided.
You question my use of MOGUL..
With 40 stores across Russia, the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and an United States invasion slated for 4 stores within the next 15 days. I would consider that Mogul status. Maybe add "young" to the front because this has happen while Kira, 15 years of age, is currently enrolled in high school.

Her approach to design has been labeled the direct competition to H&M but has also drawn some criticism. At the tender age of 14, Kira was named creative director which branched a partnership with wealthy businessman father and creator of Kira Plastinina clothing, Segei Plastinin. Some believe she is just a figure-head for this expansive company while others have pegged Kira an gimmick(Paris Hilton is her style muse) but with sales numbers like Grand theft Auto 4 and fashion shows with extraordinary reviews expect this foreign exchange to be making power moves for a long time.
